A new record number of attendees for this year's Beauregard festival with 32,000 people a day. WRNC looks back at this seventeenth edition of one of Normandy's biggest music festival.

Five unforgettable days with almost the whole festival sold-out (only a few hundred tickets remained on Thursday) Beauregard has once again captured the hearts of festival-goers in the Caen area.


The next edition already in the works


And after the success of this 2025 edition of the festival, the dates for next year's event have already been announced; the 18th Beauregard festival will take place from the 2nd to the 5th of July next year with hopes for a "Day Before" on the 1st July.


A new record and a (mostly) perfect run


Five days and 41 concerts with 32,000 people a day is a huge undertaking and an impressive logistical feat. Over the course of the five days, only one of the shows was pulled short this was due to a buildup of rainwater suddenly falling onto the stage during The Limiñanas' performance. Apart from this, the organisers pride themselves on another successful year.
