Is semi-skimmed milk really better for you than whole milk? The answer might surprise you!

Did you know? In France, all milk destined for consumption is first skimmed using centrifugation (a mechanical process which involves the use of centrifugal force to separate the milk from the cream). The cream is then reintroduced to whole and semi-skimmed milk later down the line.
